Who we are, what we do
Source One Rentals is a full-service computer
and AV rental company based in southern California. Our goal is to help
customers create successful events with quality technology and
exceptional customer service. We offer a variety of technical equipment
and expertise for conferences and trade shows, weddings and birthdays...
whatever and wherever your next important event may be. Equipment
includes:
* LCD projector rentals from 1000 - 10,000
lumens
* Portable tripod screen rentals from 5' to 8' wide
* Large fastfold screens, up to 20' wide
* LCD and plasma monitors, up to 60"
* Audio systems for small and large groups
* Computer rentals -- laptops and desktops, Apple & PC
* Elmo document cameras for court, training
* And more...
We offer delivery and setup throughout southern
California (and beyond for larger conferences). What are we NOT? For
starters, we are not a company that relies on FedEx or untrained
couriers to ship projectors across the country. Under that business
model, who handles unpacking and setup? We find our customers prefer a
more hands-on, experienced approach... one that includes a smile and a
genuine "thank you."
 Where to find us
Our office is located in Costa Mesa, CA, which
is about 9 miles south of the Anaheim Disneyland Resort and 40 miles
south of downtown Los Angeles. This central location allows us to
service the most popular event venues in the greater Los Angeles and
Orange County area. We also maintain relationships with vendors in other
metropolitan areas including Las Vegas, Orlando, Chicago, New York and
